Checklist for International REALTORS® earning NAR's e-PRO® Certification

1. Membership Requirement
   You must be a member in good standing with an association outside of the U.S. (“Cooperating Association”) which is a party to a Bilateral Cooperation Agreement with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
   Get more information on NAR’s list of Cooperating Associations.
    
2. Education
   Complete NAR’s e-PRO® Certification 2-Day course online or in the classroom.
    
3. One-Time Application Fee
   Pay the one-time application fee of USD$149 via our payment portal HERE.
    
4. Maintaining Your e-PRO® Certification
   Once you’ve earned NAR's e-PRO® Certification you will also be an International REALTOR® Member of NAR for the balance of that calendar year.
   Maintaining your NAR International REALTOR® Membership with ONE yearly fee of $75 will keep all of your NAR Designations and Certifications active. Please note that if your International REALTOR® Membership goes inactive, so will your e-PRO® Certification.
