Alwin Morgenstern

Alwin Morgenstern has spent his career in real estate, connecting people across the world together. A native of Aachen, Germany, has 30 years of experience as an expert in the construction industry, having served many years as an Executive Director and Board Member. He has traveled during his career to more than 45 countries. He holds a master’s degree in Science and Engineering. Morgenstern has had a California Real Estate Sales License since 2004, and she is a member of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. More clients out of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland settle in Orange County, and Alwin helps with his knowledge and professionalism that families find a new home and establish fast as he works with the German community as well as a business association in Southern California. He is a very hard-working negotiator and can connect easily with foreign clients due to his broad understanding of many cultures. Alwin serves on the board of the German School campus, Newport Beach, a 501(3)non-profit organization.
